Eat Wholesome Foods

You are what you eat.  If you fill your body full of harmful chemicals or unnatural ingredients, it will affect your body’s chemistry.  Although enjoying yourself on occasion is fine, the majority of your food sources should be wholesome and natural.  Your state of mind will thank you for it!
